BEST NON-STICK Professional Fry Pans (12-inch) Tramontina Fry Pan Review.

Hello again. This is Robert Veech here. This is my video review of a nonstick pan. This is the Pro 30 four from a company called Traumatina. And that’s the bottom side right there.

You can see it’s all heavy-duty aluminum with a very substantial weight handle. And it’s all nonstick. And this is all the latest nonstick material that doesn’t have the Btfe in there and all the other bad chemicals. And it’s a very smooth finish. It’s not stone like other ones.

This is the real deal where it’s very smooth. And if you notice it has a removable handle that you could take off. This is silken. It has a nice little hole around the end. And this is nice so that you could clean this and dry it out.

And you don’t always want to use a handle. Sometimes you just want to protect your hand in another way. And the pan actually looks a little bit more professional without this. I think, my opinion. You also notice that it has a hole on this side too, that lines up with the silicone piece

So we’re going to put that back on just like that. And it does allow you to have a nice grip and notice the distance you are away from the pan. So this is not going to get hot just because of the distance. And then you’re going to be protected with the silicone on there. So the first thing you want to do is we’re going to season the pan.

And I have the fire set to below the medium. Probably can’t see the plane there and it’s heating up. And I’m going to add a little peanut oil, not too much about a teaspoon. You want to take a paper towel, turn the fire off and just wipe it around just like that. And you want to get the top all around the rim.

And that’s it. Now the pans are ready to be used. So I’m going to be testing this and making some eggs. So here’s an ultimate test. I’m going to be cooking some liquid eggs, which don’t have the yolks.

And they’re basically fat-free and they typically stick like crazy. And there’s no oil on the pan. And you always want to use silicone to move things around. You don’t want to be using metal and even avoid wood. So let’s give this a trial headed on medium temperature.

Let’s just give a little test here, kind of move this around, and get it nice and thin, which would normally cause a big problem.

So as you can see, it just curls up. And again, there’s no fat on the pan, so that just moves around like unbelievable. This is what I’m all opinion about this commenting. They’re twelve-inch nonstick pans. This is the 800166. It’s PFOA-free, reinforced, nonstick coating, stainless steel handle, heavy-duty solid alloy rivets and removable Silverton soft grip, as I showed. This is the 3004 series. I really like this pan feels really strong. And as I demonstrated, it cooked egg beaters, which is always the industry standard to test how good a pan does. Now, all pans will start to fail after a couple of years.

I’ll be using this probably every other day, and I expect it to get three, or four years of nonstick performance out of it. But I’ve used this brand before and I have gotten three or four years. So that is all you could expect from any brand. So I’m going to give this product a total five-star rating on my channel. Tramontina Fry Pan Review: Is it Better to Buy?

Tramontina is a 100-year-old cookware and cutlery brand geared toward professionals and serious home cooks. In the company’s own words, they sell timeless products crafted especially for the cooking enthusiast. To see if their products live up to the hype, we tested the 12-inch Tramontina professional restaurant fry pan. We put the nonstick pan through its paces, cooking breakfast, lunches, and dinners over the course of several weeks and evaluating factors such as durability, performance, and ease of cleaning and use. The pen looks as professional as it feels, but while simple, the design isn’t all nuts and bolts. The removable red silicone grip softens the feel of the stiff handle, adds a nice pop of color, and eliminates the need for a pot holder. Other than the grip and a subtle stamping on the top. The pen is free of branding and looks clean, and the s attending nonstick coating still sparkles even after we use the pen repeatedly. We were easily able to maneuver the long handle and heavy body, but it could be more challenging for seniors or anyone with hand or wrist issues. However, there are smaller versions of the same pen if you don’t need the space and weight of the 12-inch model.

As soon as we picked up this pen, we realized that it was thicker and heavier than most of the nonstick pans we used. In fact, this single pan weighs as much as the three pans in the T EFEL nonstick cooker set combined. The Tremendina professional restaurant fry pan is made from heavy gauge aluminum, and it’s designed to heat evenly and stay stable on your cooktop. The extra long handle is a solid piece of stainless steel triple riveted to the pan body. And while it’s handy for leverage on the cooktop or taking the pan out of the oven, we found its length to be a bit unnecessary and unwieldy for everyday use. The pan’s smooth bottom allowed us to easily slide it across the burners, but we found minor scratches on the pan bottom, even after just one use. The heavy-duty build of this frying pan heeds as evenly as advertised, and the all-metal construction is up and to save. However, the manufacturer’s limit of 400 degrees means this isn’t as tolerant as some other frying pans, despite its professional pedigree. Take a look at other product reviews in the shop for the best cast iron pans available online.

We found that cooking eggs, the litmus test of nonstick pans, was effortless in this 12-inch pan, even though single eggs look comic fleets while in such a large pan. The nonstick coating made making omelets a breeze and over easy eggs. Well, easy. Meats such as sausages and bacon cause no issues either, and the large size of the pan allowed us to cook veggies in bulk. Plus adding thick sauces, which can stick and burn was easy, even on medium-high heat. Like with any good nonstick pan, all you need is warm soapy water and a soft rag to clean it. Unlike some types of cookware, this frying pan is also dishwasher-safe. While this product is designed to withstand the rigors of a professional kitchen, it’s still a good idea to avoid abrasive detergents and scrubbers, which could compromise the nonstick finish. The 12-inch pan packs a price tag of around $50, but it can usually be found on sale. The eight-inch, 10-inch and 14-inch versions ring up at $35, $45, and $75, respectively. A slight investment at full price, sure, but this pen delivers performance and durability in a professional-grade design, making the cost easier for passionate home cooks to justify.

Plus under the lifetime warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace defective items at no cost. My suggestion is yes, buy it. If you’re a serious home cook with a strong wrist, the Tremendina Professional Restaurant Fry Pan could be the only nonstick you need. I’m wrapping up today. Follow Up After 19 months using Tramontina Professional Fry Pans (12-inch)

Hello again, this is Robert Veech, and this is going to be my follow-up on the Trans Montana brand, their Pro 3004, the 12-inch pan, and the nonstick. Now, I’ve had this pan for 19 months and I’ve been using all these other commercial pans that are sold, equal use for making vegetable dishes and omelets. This pan is the only one, these other ones are going to have to be basically thrown out. This is the only one that is still nonstick. I’m really impressed with it after that much time. You can see how much I’ve been using it. It’s got some stains on the back, some scratches on the corners there. But this nonstick surface is still nonstick. So I’m impressed with this pan. So it’s going to be my go-to pan still. And I’m going to probably buy another one or a smaller size. But this brand seems to be quite impressive. So once again, I’m going to give this brand the Tromantina 3004 a full five-star rating.

    • Some users have reported that the pan is not completely flat on the bottom, which can cause it to wobble on certain stovetops.
